How much Infosys’s power rooted in a publicly-conceived and reinforced myth, and not its internal reality?
“”Infosys is synonymous with making Bangalore India’s Silicon Valley. Coming up of GEC is testimony that India too can have world-class education centres. Success of the Infosys is because of its hard work, dedication, willing to sacrifice attitude, coupled with talent and an enabling environment at the company.,” she added.
Gandhi also complimented Infosys mentor N.R. Narayana Murthy and his team for changing the lives of millions of Indians and propelling the country’s economy to a record-breaking growth and making Infosys the envy of the world. “You have shown to India and the world that an Indian company cannot just be world class, but be ahead of the rest of the world,” she said.

(via pocahaunted)one of the best henna/mehendi designs I’ve ever seen! speaking of, should really try out my “henna yourself” at home. despite the utter failure of my last “lets play with henna” experiment which resulted in GREEN HAIR, am fairly confident I can draw a heart/moon/hippie element on my palm.
After a week of feeling like a headless chicken running around with poor life organization skills, I’m realizing just how fast how this London trip materialized and subsequently how unprepared I am. I think I might have avoided thinking about it, instead getting caught up in daily work minicrises.
Beyond the cloud, I am definitely looking forward to seeing many dear friends again, and catching up on their lives and loves. And maybe will sneak in a visit to TopShop!
